My husband got fired from his job almost a year ago June 1st! He was out of work for 3 months before finally landing another job, but it was not nearly as good as the last job and barely makes ends meet. I am a full time college student and dont really have the time to get a part time job with taking 17 credit hours, homework, housework, and taking care of him and our son. His job is 1099 so he needs to save money in order to pay taxes but with the amount he is making we are unable to do that. He makes 100 dollars per day 5 days a week no matter how many hours he works. Most of the time he is working 10-14 hours a day! I have been trying to encourage him and even looking for new jobs for him but he will not follow up on them! Before he lost his job he was such a go getter, and always tried so hard, now not so much! How do I get his motivation back, and get him out of this rut?Answer Question

He has to want it back working 14 or 15 hours a day can make someone tired its not easy when the job is crappy he is working and when he gets there he will know. You can help him make suggestions offer some support and let him find his way. Give him a couple months bring it up again after suggest maybe school.
