I want to start exercising, but not real sure what I can do.. I have asked my dr an he said I can really do anything as long as I don't get to hot, lift over 50lbs or try and run a marathon.. and there is no chance I will be running anywhere.. So I have started Zumba.. Do you think thats ok? Is there any other suggestions? I am trying to watch the weight gain this time because with the first one I gained 62lbs.. So anything can help...
