Hey I need to ask a question to anyone who has tried P90X. I want to know if I should do the Lean or classic version?

  • That depends on the results you're looking for. If you want to get a more lean look, then do the Lean version. If you want more muscle do classic. Lean is more cardio and less resistance so it's great for weightloss. Classic builds more muscle.

  • Oh by the way, I think Lean is great for you first time through. Then if you want to do a second round bump it up to classic.
