My thyroid came back "high normal"

Could this be the problem of why we havent conceived??? What are your thoughts?

  • It could be a problem. My fertility specialist did insist I get my thyroid under control before starting treatments. "High normal" is considered normal, but it is very close to being out of the normal range; some doctors believe the normal range is more narrow than previously determine, in which case your might really be outside the normal range. Over or Under active thyroid can cause fertility issues. It is worth discussing this with your doctor. GL!
