  • I gave all 3 of them the drops, and then went to chewables at around 2, they like the gummy ones now.

  • around 2 or 3.
    we don't do them daily. sometimes we have multis, sometimes greens, sometimes probiotics.
    we use food based vitamins.

  • Started the oldest two between 2 and 3, will start the youngest when she turns 2.

  • Started when my son turned a year old and went off formula. He's allergic to milk and eggs, so his diet is limited and he needed the additional nutritional support. My older children I started on chewables at about 3.
