Does anyone have a teenager that is in an IB program in High school.

Trying to decide if he should got to his zoned school and take AP courses or go into the IB program at another local school. Anyone the differences between the two?

Our schools don't have an IB program, but they do offer AP courses. I have a cousin that did the IB program at his school and did very well in it.

Its all in your son's abilities.

  • My daughter was accepted into an IB program. We toured the school and spoke with current and former students. While I would have loved the program, it was not her thing at all. http://www.lincolnparkhs.org/admissions/ib.jsp

She is in the six year program here: http://wyoung.org/
