The girl in the other car was driving a 1990's car and acted like it was a maserati and so nasty. Please any advice would be appreciated.

Don't worry that she thinks it is a Maserati she will get what it costs to repair the car or the blue book value. Not her imaginary value

If it is your fault they will pay the Blue Book Value on the other car. Your liability coverage is for the other driver's benefit.
Insurance will only pay for your car (if you are at fault) if you have Comp and Collision coverage.
