I am just a horrible cook,lol. Sad but true.
If any of you have a decent yet simple crock pot recipe for beef stew, I would really appreciate it.
Oh and instead of buying the beef stew meat chunks, would I be able to just cut up a beef roast that I have in the freezer into chunks and use that instead?

Just cube everything instead of leaving the roast whole. Reduce the broth by half for a thicker stew.
