Why would you need toddler waterproof pants?? not to mention diaper covers??

  • Waterproof pants...Toilet training. It holds in the moisture so they know when they are wet. Diaper covers are nothing more than "fashion".

  • Oh and waterproof pants so that when they have an accident it doesn't soak the front of their pants.

  • well you use plastic pants or covers when you use cloth diapers.

    I put plastic pants on over my girls trainer undies (we don't use pullups)

  • Because many children are not potty trained until they are 3-4 years old.
