How can i get nail polish off my daughter's hands?

my 2yo got into her grandma's room and managed to open a bottle of nail polish. she tried to paint her nails but painted her whole hand on both sides! i'm worried about using such a harsh chemical like acetone to remove it. soap & water isn't enough. what can i do to get it off?

  • nail polish remover, then soap and water, and then make sure to use lotion after all that cuz her hands will be dry.

  • Nail polish remover!!!!! Then just wash her hands with soap and water right after! Or just wait until it wears off.

  • use finger nail polish remover and wash her hands with soap and water when you're done. i paint (and remove paint from) my 2 yr old DDs nails all the time. it won't hurt her. if you don't, you'll just have to deal with a painted kid for a week or so
