I need specific help on trying to figure out the rules on carseats.

If anyone could post a link so I can figure out the rules in Arkansas for carseats that'd be great. I have a 34lbs 3 year old currently front facing in a 5 point harness. I know he's too small now but I just want to know when I can put him in a booster.

So if you can direct me to a website that clearly explains the rules I'd be grateful.

I'm pretty sure he can be in a booster but that def. isn't the safest. 5 point harness as long as he fits the weight and height limits. I have seats that hold up to 65 lbs in the 5 point harness and have a 5 year old that is still in the 5 point. You wouldn't believe what you can prevent from happening in an accident. I know it seems easier to move to a booster, but it's not worth what can happen.
