  • Have your carpeting cleaned (with an eco friendly cleaner, which many professionals now use...DH and I own a carpet cleaning business and we use eco friendly cleaners), change your furnace filters, get your air ducts cleaned....use eco-friendly cleaners for your furniture, walls, toilet, counters, etc. etc. and use low/no VOC paints. When you paint your walls the VOC's release chemicals into the air for up to 2 years after you paint.

  • Everything Mom2Jack04 are great ideas and will help a lot, we also use 3 Oreck Air Purifiers(we use the Oreck AIRTB Towers) and use Hepa filters and use a vacuum that has a Hepa filter.
