real estate question

when you are searching for a house on the web and to the side of it says estimated payments are $246 for a house that is 55,000 are them estimates really about right???

  • They are usually pretty accurate, however, make sure that the payment amount includes PMI (If you don't have 20% to put down), taxes, and insurance - a lot don't. Also, any closing costs you roll into the mortgage will also increase your payments.
