hi, i have a toddler (19) months. she does not really eat any meat.. she like veggies alot and noodles. i need some ideas for meals for her. i am going grocery shopping on saturday. any ideas are welcome!! thank you so much!!
Whole grains, beans, lentils,tofu and quinoa are all great sources of protein. Avocado, ground flax seeds and flax oil, tofu, eggs, sunflower seed or soynut butter are all great sources of healthy fats. Toddler love hummus!
