Frozen is better health wise if it has been frozen from its original fresh state with nothing added...but to me personally...I think unless its in a fruit smoothie,frozen fruit is nasty. If you let it thaw out, it gets all mushy.
I have a bag in the freezer right now. I bought it to give to my daughter. I figured it would be cheaper than buying fresh fruit in th elong wrong because she eats so little of it at one time. I could just pull out the amount I wanted and the rest go back in the freezer. For one, she won't eat frozen fruit,lol (who does) and when you let it thaw..its gross.
So, I keep the frozen for the smoothies and buy individual fruit cups for her.
Man, I talk to much,lol.
