What would be some good party food?

What would you serve? I'm holding a UFC payperview fight at my house(yeah baby!) I need some quick easy ideas for food. Something that is popular, and anything from meals to finger foods. Thx. By the way, it will be mostly guys at the party, so anything meaty would be great.

  • I love deli trays. Mini-burgers. Toss some meatballs in a crockpot with cream of mushroom soup, serve with toothpicks :-D Chips, fruit and dip, shredded BBQ meat sandwiches (I like to put a pot roast, pork loin, or boneless/skinless chicken in my CP and cover with BBQ sauce.)

The possibilities are endless. Men are easy to please :-D

  • I think kksmomma1019 had a great idea with the beer brats, I usually make meatball sandwiches, twice baked or au gratin potatoes, and a salad for "Guy" things...because that's what my husband requests. Finger food parties are fun too. I make baby burritos, hot artichoke spinach dip, spicy cocktail meatballs, roast red pepper dip with crackers, veggie platters, fruit platters, chips and dips, and cookies/brownies....

  • My co-worker always gets a request for sausage dip. 2 boxes of cream cheese, 2 pounds sausage (1 reg, 1 mild), 1 can of drained rotel. Brown sausage, add cream cheese and rotel. Tastes good cold or warmed in crock pot. Great w/ chips, crackers, or bread.
