Do you have any weightloss tips for me?!?!

I'm on a diet and I'm finally committed to it 100% I'm doing this!!... So far I lost 10lbs! I'm so excited!!

Do you have any tips or advice for me in my weightloss journey??

  • Exersice! Even if its just walking up an extra flight of stairs Yoga is great too! Drink LOTS of water. It will flush all the impurities out. Congrats and keep up on the good work!

  • Im just starting to be 100% dedicated too, and have lost 8 pounds so yay! Good for you with 10!! what a great start. My only advice is to find some sort of excersise you like and start making yourself do it everyday, thats what I have been doing. I have found that I really like yoga, it makes my body feel so alive afterwards. I do the yoga videos on exercisetv.tv Good luck!

  • Cut out the soda. Try diet soda or zero-calorie drinks instead.

  • Yay, for you. My advice is stick with it. Change things up so you don't get bored and don't restrict yourself from eating certain foods. I currently am down 70 lbs. in 14 months and still have 15 to go. It is tough. the final 20 is really hard for me. Good luck in your journey!!!!!
