Um no. The monarch has the throne, Charles is not the monarch. Traditionally he could not ascend to the throne because he is divorced and he has now married a divorcee. However in these modern times I'm not sure if he will or not. Also traditionally, his wife would become Queen until his death.

A King ranks higher than a Queen therefore when the rightful heir to the throne is a Queen her husband cannot become King and out rank her as in Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip.
