just curious

if you drain the fat off of meats, will it still have as much fat as is stated on the label? alwys wondered if it actually lowered the fat content or if it just lowers the moisture...

  • I would imagine some of it would be fat, depending on the meat. When you skillet grill hamburgers, you can drain a lot of fat. When you skillet grill pork or chicken, not so much, so I would imagine that's the moisture you're cooking out... good question, where's the expert?
