What is for supper tonight?? We are having chili and garlic toast and for dessert--root beer floats!!!

  • We are having an easy lazy Fri night dinner they were sampling at Costco a few weekends ago.The meat off a roti chicken, mix with picante sauce your fave heat level,heat up a can off low fat re-fried beans add 2% Mexican cheese or cheddar.Spread bean mix on corn tortilla add chix mix and lettuce,tomatoe,avacado,lime,cilantro whatever.Serve with corn and sliced tomatoes.It is surprisingly pretty good ,my teens love this.Serves a crowd of teens easy.
