Cramping at 8 months.

I know what contractions feel like, so these aren't contractions. But my belly cramps a lot for several days now, off and on. Like period cramps, really horrible period cramps, down low under my pant line. Is it problem? They started after my ultrasound on tuesday, so if something was wrong then they would have picked that up I would think. What could the cramps be?

  • Take a deep breath mama... period line cramps (constant) are TOTALLY normal from about 34 weeks on. They are what is helping your cervix thin out so the more you cramp now, the less work your body will have to do in labor! There was nothing to check out during the u/s because its totally normal!
