wht does a 1 yr old eat? wht do u let them eat?

i only let my daughter eat healthy, well somewht. like not too much sugar. all meals have the food group in them. no candy etc. i want her to be as healthy as she can be. but is it to much? i dont thnk so but im wondering wht everyone else does

  • he eats what i eat. Anything from a cookie or an apple for a snack, broccoli soup or hamburger helper for dinner. He eats what we eat.

  • i perfer to feed/eat all healthy on a regular basis, but a peice of cake or a candy every once in a while isnt gonna kill anybody. i think healthy is the way to go, but everyone should enjoy there life, and theres no denying some junk food is pretty enjoyable sometimes as long its not a bad habit that makes u unhealthy and overweight. everything in moderation.

  • Generally we fed baby what we were eating, only cooked in a way where baby could eat them (like steamed carrot vs. raw). It's good to create healthy eating habits when they are young!
