Where can I find information about being Christian/Pagan?

I grew up in a very religious christian home, but in the past couple of years, I have had an interest in Wiccans/Pagans. I read somewhere about a religion that combines christianity and paganism. Where can I find more info about this?

  • Is it that you find the Pagan religion interesting but are truly a Christian? If so I can relate. I don't really believe in being a Pagan but as a Christian that doesn't mean that it isn't interesting to learn about other religions and belief systems. Maybe you could just go to the library and pick up several books to learn more. As for the Christian/Pagan combo pack honestly that doesn't exist.

  • The internet has a good bit of information, although from my experience you'll get just as much false info as you will real stuff... I would say turn to books instead. There are a good many if you run a search on Amazon for Christo-Pagan. Just pick one and go... As with any other form of religion much of the actual beliefs come down to what do YOU believe and how do YOU interpret things.

Here's one I would tell you to start with...

    Enjoy!

  • ChristoPagan is an oxymoron!

2Corinthians 6:14 Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? 15 Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Be′li‧al? Or what portion does a faithful person have with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement does God’s temple have with idols?

Matthew 4:10 Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” [He was quoting Deut.5:9]

Would it demonstrate loyalty to God and his righteous standards if his servants were to embrace religions and practices which God condemns?
    James 4:4; Mat.7:21-23

I urge you to think again.

No it's not shows how much you know. Christian is beleiving the bible, Christ yadda, yadda. Guess what other god's exist in the bible. Go rethink your answer. Why do you have to try so hard to discourage others from finding what is true for them.

Now I would also do what sabrina said, but I'm dirt poor and can't afford them, So I use the Internet for a lot of things. However remember you have to weed out the crap. Good luck in you quest.
