Sore throat, anyone?

I've had a swollen feeling in my throat, some minor pain- especially when swallowing. It's been around for about three days. Yesterday, however, it was totally feeling fine. Then this morning, I woke up and it's back. It's nothing I can't live through, but I was just curious if anyone else had anything like this?

  • I had one not too long ago I just kept gargling with Listerine I mean really do a very thorough gargle let it almost go all the way down your throat but try not to swallow sometimes you might get some slip down your throat but hey it helped me big time a short time I was feeling a lot better GL

  • PROBABLY allergies... get some zertec from the store, it'll help. Take benadryl at bed time, and sudafed for congestion.

However, when I get a sore throat I take a clove of garlic, chop it up, and swallow it in pinches. By the next day its pretty much gone.

  • garlic pills work well too. gargle with salt water. Don't take benedryl if you are taking zyrtec or another antihistamine.
