  • Everyone serves vegetarian lasagna and eggplant parmesan. It's old and boring. That's the standard vegetarian food at every wedding reception or party ever.

Vegetable gratins, stuffed peppers, mock pate (lentil and mushroom), vegetable tea sandwiches, veggie croquets, veggie pies and quiches, tempura veggies with wild dips, veggie sushi

  • I had my engagement party catered vegetarian and you pretty much can't go wrong with italian food. We did a lasgna, but you could do a puttanesca or pasta primavera as well. ..serve it with a tasty salad and foccacia and I'm sure everyone will be satisfied.
