call a pharmacest, because i dont think you are supposeo give children meds like that till they are 5 or 6

My children's allergy specialist told me to give it to my kids b/c of their severe outdoor allergies they have been taking it for 10, 6 and 4 years and are perfectly fine.

i give mine 1 tsp, he weighs 26... that's hwat hte doctor told me to give him when he weighed 24.

I always called CVS and they would take the weight and age and tell me how much! But I would prob give 1/2 tsp

Check to make sure that the Benedryl you have wasn't recalled last month before anything else.

I usually give ds 1/2tsp unless he's having a really rough time, then I'll give him 3/4tsp. His ped said to give him between 3/4-1tsp. Ds is 23 months and 32-33lbs.
