  • NONE - it's evil and some of it has been recalled. Call your pharmacy or doc or hospital or after-hours line and ask what else you can give.

  • call a pharmacest, because i dont think you are supposeo give children meds like that till they are 5 or 6

  • My children's allergy specialist told me to give it to my kids b/c of their severe outdoor allergies they have been taking it for 10, 6 and 4 years and are perfectly fine.

  • i give mine 1 tsp, he weighs 26... that's hwat hte doctor told me to give him when he weighed 24.

  • I always called CVS and they would take the weight and age and tell me how much! But I would prob give 1/2 tsp

  • Here is a dosing chart from a ped's website. Save it to your favorites for future reference. Comes in very handy. :)

  • Check to make sure that the Benedryl you have wasn't recalled last month before anything else.

    I usually give ds 1/2tsp unless he's having a really rough time, then I'll give him 3/4tsp. His ped said to give him between 3/4-1tsp. Ds is 23 months and 32-33lbs.
