Dry rub it and let it sit at room temp for about 15 minutes to take the chill off the meat.
Grill it. Sear it on the grill on all sides, 3 minutes per side. Get the grill as hot as you can. Leave the lid open. DO NOT CLOSE THE GRILL. When you close the grill it turns the grill into an oven and uses hot dry air to cook the meat rather than flame on one side.
That's 4 turns at 3 minutes each = 12 minutes. It'll cook pretty fast. Let it rest 5+ minutes before slicing. Always let beef rest before slicing to keep the juices inside. The 2 end pieces will be medium.
