  • Take baby for lots of walks and breastfeed if you can. I breastfed and didn't exercise and was back to pre-pregnancy weight by 2.5 months after giving birth.

  • You get back into a routine of exercise, but without plastic surgery, your body will never be exactly what it once was.

  • well there is no snapping. it's usually a slow process, but that depends on how well you took care of yourself while pregnant. start with really light exercise about 6-8 weeks after the baby comes and work your way up. eat healty. and breastfeeding can help you lose weight.

  • once i stopped bf i stopped losing weight. i lost 22lbs bf but i gained 50lbs :(
