What do you give your kids for allergies?

My 6 year old son is really struggling. He is having a hard time focusing on in school and other things at home and I know that it is due to allergies. We give him claratin and benedryll at night, but it doesn't work very well.

  • Ask your doctor about Rx meds.. or allergy shots. Sometimes OTC allergy meds just aren't gonna cut it, especially for severe allergies.

  • My DD has allergies when the seasons change. During that time, we give her Zyrtec. The doctor originally gave it to her by Rx, but now it's sold over the counter.
