Is it true that you can use a Medicaid Card to neuter a pet?

  • No, but you can show your medicaid card to certain agenccies which will get your pet nuetered at zero or low cost.

    So in essence YES!

  • Never heard of that but some animal shelters have programs where they can send you a gift card towards your pet to get neutered.
