  • We all wanted to have lasagna, but didn't have everything we needed to make it. So I took some boneless chicken breasts out of the freezer. Cooked them up (after they thawed) with some onion, red kidney beans and what ever seasonings you like. I then cooked the noodles and placed them in the pan like you would for lasagna. I layered the noodles with the chicken mixture, spaghetti sauce and cheese. I did this twice and then placed in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour an a half. My kids loved it and it turned out great.
