  • You do realize that in order to amend the constitution 2/3 of Congress has to agree on whatever it is that is to be ratified, and THEN 3/4 of the states have to vote and win in order for the amendment to come to fruition.

    Do you really think the Latino community can coordinate and pull off that kind of undertaking?!

  • Latinos have the same recourse to amend as any other group. It has been done before, so why would some think it's impossible for this particular group? Difficult, yes, but not impossible. Lots of Latinos living all over the US of A.

  • To say what? Everytime I have seen "latinos" gathering they are violent and hate filled. Sad... They will never get their free pass to citizenship. But, with more and more states passing laws to protect their own borders they will get a free pass back to Mexico!
