  • I would NOT put this guy you don't know in with your young son!
You have several other options: dd in with ds and the bf in dd's room, or bf on the couch, or your son could give up his room and sleep in with you (even with a sleeping bag or air mattress on the floor, etc.)

Honestly, with a stranger in the house, I'd put my son in with me. You just never know if this guy could go wandering into the kid's room at night....

  • I would have your daughter sleep in the same room as her brother and have the Bf sleep in her room.

  • He would sleep on the couch and she would be in the child's room in our house.

  • I agree put the kids together and let him have his own room.

That is the safest way, I am sure everything will be alright.

  • I'm sure he's a great guy and all but there is no way I would let him stay with my 6 year old. You just never know unfortunately. : (

  • i'd make him sleep on the couch. that way you can get up in the middle of the night to "get some water" & see if he's still there w/o having to sneak around. bedrooms are too easy to sneak in & out of.
