any tips on how to get rid of my hanging tummy fat and skin left from my 9lb son?

without having surgery...its been a year now,and i still look like im 6mos pregnant.(uhg)

  • If it's been a year and it's truly hanging you're probably out of luck :( You can't really do much for skin that's that loose. Still, a healthy diet and exercise will get rid of the excess fat and that should keep you from looking pregnant and help you feel better.

  • They showed on the show The Doctors today that there is another non surgical way to fix it. If exercise won't work then check out their website and see if you can watch that video from today about it.

  • If it's fat, lots of cardio and diet but if it's truly hanging skin, other than a tummy tuck there isn't much you can do.

  • i used a abe wheel. not the roller, it's an actual wheel it stretches the skin back, also it didn't go completly away so build mucle on top of it and it wont be noticable, i put like a 2pound weight on my tummy and did crunches and increase a little each time, but not over 5pounds, and that built alot of nice mucule on my abes and the roller stretched that skin back, also cardio, cardio cardio, start with running on a tredmill or a track for 10min a day then gradualy increase 5min weekly. i also do palates with the bands it shapes your body.

  • Sit in a chair, feet on the floor (or stool if you can't reach), hips lined up with shoulders, and pull your belly button into your spine and squeeze. Do sets of 100, 3 times a day.
