  • My son has autism and is actually healthier than his siblings - it seems he never gets sick! So from personal experience I would say no, but I don't know of any research.

  • I don't know if any studies have been done on it, but from my experience I don't see one. My son is autistic and pretty much never gets sick. He's turning 8 and has never even had an ear infection or the flu.

  • My 5 children on the autism spectrum don't get sick very often but I know other kids that do so autism might not be the connection.

  • I know that children on the autism spectrum are often more sensitive to different foods and substances than others. Try talking to a naturopath.
