  • At 10 months my kids were barely on solid foods yet. They were just starting on fruits and veggies. I breastfed on demand and they got one "meal" of fruits or veggies a day... They weren't eating MEALS til they were at least a year...

  • Mine is 10 months tomorrow and like saadamarie's little one my son will eat every meal some days and other days nothing, here's what a typical day looks like (note he doesn't always eat every time I try to feed him)
get up, have a bottle, around 9 ish have breakfast (usually oatmeal or applesauce/fruit), around 10 ish another bottle, lunch time babyfood (usually something with meat and veggies in it) - however he has been very vocal lately about wanting what the grown ups are eating so we've been giving him some of whatever it is we're having. Around 1 another bottle Around 2:30 another snack usually of fruit or veggies, then around 4 another bottle, then dinner usually around 6 this time whatever it is I've made (we usually make a lean meat, veggies and a small serving of a starch), then one last bottle at bedtime.

  • my 10 month old ate a stage 2 fruit & rice cereal for breakfast, a stage 3 meat/veggie/rice/pasta for lunch (just started stage 3 at 10 months), and a fruit & rice cereal for dinner. sometimes some yogurt melts and puffs during the day. water here and there with there food. and 20-24 ounces of formula

  • My kids were on table foods at 8 months - 3 meals of food plus breastmilk and 2 snacks of breastmilk/day. They ate what we ate together as a family.

  • Primarily breastmilk or formula. Whatever baby will tak ein soldis AFTER breastmilk or formula. There is NO incorrect amounbt of solids as long as they FOLLOW breastmilk or formula. If they are given separately or before, then it's likely too much solids.
