  • My 2 yr old pretty much eats the exact things I do since I stay home with him. For breakfast we have a bowl of cheerios (diff varieties) and a smoothie (yogurt and funky stuff added). Lunch we usually have leftovers from the night before or a sandwich. Dinner he eats whatever I fix. Snacks are usually some crackers and a piece of fruit. I was blessed with an excellent eater. He will eat just about anything. I call him my little garbage disposal!

  • bananas, eggs, cinnamon toast, cereal, bagels with cream cheese, oatmeal

Egg salad, lunch meat sandwiches, cheese, fruit, fruit smooties (with flax seed and wheat germ)

Dinner is what ever I fix. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes are a favorite, as are glazed carrots.

sandwiches of all kinds & goldfish crackers, left overs from dinner (makes me so happy when they ask for that LOL)

dinner is whatever I feel like making that night.

  • Whatever I eat really. Some simple ideas are,
Breakfast - cereal, instant oatmeal, instant grits.
Lunch - Left overs, sandwiches (lunch meat, egg salad, tuna) chef boyardee, ramon noodles, banquet dinners.
Snacks - fruit, cookies, cereal, apple sauce.

  • whatever I can get her to eat. She used to eat whatever I would put in front of her, but now she's picky. Her staples are: cheerios, pancakes, any and all fruit-especially bananas, carrots, noodles, chicken, deli turkey, pizza, yogurt, and toast. Occasionally I can get her to eat a meatball, but she's not really into beef yet. Hoping my son is a better eater!!
