i think prevention is the best route. our diets should be rich in omega 3's. i have been taking either fish oil or udo's oil for 10 years now. i have been cooking with only olive oil for 10 years too, and i eat lots of nuts : )
i am on child # 5 and have had one set of twins, and only a few stretch marks, and they are not bad at all...they came from my twins.
