I have ground turkey, sweet potatoes, an assortment of canned beans and canned diced tomatoes on hand...how can I turn these ingredients into a toddler-friendly dinner?

  • Baked sweet potato fries

    Mini turkey burgers

Bean salad (Toss the beans w/ a little olive oil, vinegar, and some spices- My kids LOVE it)

  • Turkey loaf or balls (think meatloaf, but with turkey instead of beef, meatballs, burgers, whatever, it's all the same to me just a different shape). Mashed sweet potatoes. Add a fruit. Sounds good to me!
