This will be day 4. I have totally revamped my eating and have been doing the Shred. I thought maybe I'd see a bit of change today and boy did I. 2 pounds more! I am frustrated at best. What gives?

Scales are not a very reliable tool. Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week, and try to do it at the same time of day. It's much better to use a tape measure and take all of your measurements and go by that. You can be losing inches even if the scale doesn't change. Also go by the way your clothes feel.
