What's your favorite way to prepare/serve black beans?

  • Black bean Quesadillas.... my family can not get enough of them. I seriously could make them every night and they would eat them every time without complaint.
    I also use them when I make chili.

  • black beans w/ brown rice and salsa, sometimes with corn mixed in. Also black bean chili.

  • Black beans and rice, with red yellow and green peppers, sour cream and salsa. Use corn tortillas or tortilla chips if you want.

  • Quesadillas, with white beans in a salad, mexican vegetarian lasagna, in taco soup, in black bean soup, as part of a dip for nachos.

    a wrap=black beans, corn, shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado and salsa ranch
    chili with lots of different types of beans (black beans, pintos, kidney beans)

  • I smash them in with hamburger for mexican food. I've added them to a couple of soups in the past (chicken-less chicken soup), and I like them in calico beans.
