  • Call a lawyer in your state/area that know the specific laws that apply to your circumstances.. Relying on a national website of moms with a vague and general question such as this~is probably not the best way to go about getting the answers/help you need.. Good Luck.

  • There are LOTS of restrictions on libel. This may help.

  • Libel is very hard to prove and there is a time frame depending on your state.
