Do you have your kids take their hats off at the Table?

Do you have your kids or significant other remove their hats while you are eating? Do you think this is a passe manner?

  • They take their hats off upon entering any building and NEVER wear them at the table.
I want to see their faces. And it is bad manners - 1920 or 2010....doesn't matter.

  • My husband does not wear a hat at the table, neither will my sons. Doesn't matter the year to me. Good manners are just good manners. Mama raised me right!

  • Hats come off when you enter the house unless you're a newborn who needs the hat to stay warm. So yes hats on at the table is a huge social faux pas.
