  • Yes! I always wear my seatbelt and my children are always properly restrained in their car seats and boosters! they always wear helmets, too!

  • I don't ride a bike so that is "N/A" for me. I trained my kids from toddlerhood that being on anything w/ wheels (bike, trike, scooter, wagon, etc) requires a helmet or that wheeled item is simply inoperable, period.... non negotiable. Now they know that they sit on nothing or get on nothing that moves without a helmet, it's second nature. They would never question it, since it was instilled so early on.

My kiddos are both still in 5 point harness's and will be til they reach 85 pounds. I, sadly, rarely if ever buckle up. They have no reason to question this, though.... they know their safety comes 1st. Momma will take care of Momma.

  • Of course people wear seat belts, you would have to be stupid not to. I use to tell my kids when they were younger that the car wouldn't work if they weren't buckled up!!

  • yes we wear seat belts. My sons who are 2 and 4 are both in 5-point harness carseats. They wear bike helments, elbow and knee pads.

  • I always wear a seat belt in the car. I don't wear a bike helmet, though. My daughter is only 9 months so she isn't riding a bike anytime soon. My husband wears a helmet when he snowboards, though, so I imagine that we will wear bike helmets when she starts riding.

  • I don't bike so I don't need a bike helmet but when my kids learn to ride bikes then helmets will be worn. It's the law and it's smart.

    As for seat belts...OF COURSE!!!
What kind of mother wouldn't bother to buckle her children into their seats?????

I always wear my seat belt. I need to do everything I can to ensure that my kids wont have to go through the pain of losing their mother. How irresponsible and lazy does someone have to be to not wear a seat belt? Geez.
