  • Well I'll tell ya what I've done....its not the healthy way...but I really havn't had time to do the healthy thing when I have a 17month old & a 9 day old. I eat when I can, & I'm constantly moving literally. In one week this is what happened.... Monday- truck broke Tuesday- had baby Friday- closed on our house & moved in. I'm worn out!! but I know as soon as I stop the weight will come right back!! Thanks for the advice...I will have to make time to exercise & eat right!!! LOTS of water here I come!

  • I would say, right now, sleep as much as you can when you can. Its proven that sleep deprivation can cause weight gain. Eat healthy, only when hungry and only until satisfied. enjoy your new baby. When you get the clear, go for walks with your baby in a carrier so you're carrying the additional weight. If you're BF, you only need an extra 300 calories a day.
