what can i do at home without having to buy anything i want to loose somke weight gain muscle whatever any ideas.

  • Put some music on and dance and march. Start with 5-10 minutes and build up gradually. Walk. Look online or buy a DVD or watch exercise programs on TV for strengthening exercises- you can use cans of vegetables or bottles of water for light weights.

  • well if you dont have money to buy a dvd i can send you a sample dvd or sample workout via email. i work for beachbody... but ya before i started with beachbody used to use the laundry detergent as weights and hold the broom over my head when i did squats

  • This is going to sound funny but go on youtube look up home workouts or 10 to 15 min workouts. Make up your own workout. Decide how many reps your going to do for each excerise. Walk for your cardio at least 3 to 4 times a week. Get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 15 mins. I usually walk 4 days of the week 30 mins each. Its helps.
