It's been over a week now, and the insomnia just seems to be getting worse and worse. First I can't fall asleep, and then when I finally do, I wake up every 10 minutes. It's downright exhausting. Last night I broke down and tried some over the counter sleep aids, to no avail. So c'mon ladies, what are some good, natural ways I can help induce sleep?
I've had sleep issues all my life and these are what work best for me. Chamomile tea and calcium and magnesium an hour before bed.
