what is that spray called that you can use down there after a baby that numbs you?

  • Try the Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Spray. I believe you can get it at Babies R Us.

  • Dermoplast but I found that using tucks pads in my undies helped more. Just make sure to wear a pantyliner.

  • Oh another thing. At the hospital they would pack newborn diapers with crushed ice and then have you put them in your underwear like a big pad. When we got home my husband made me up a few and they help with the pain and to reduce the swelling.

  • You can also pour a bunch of water in to a newborn diaper and freeze that. It's bulky but comfy plus that spray is wicked stinky.

  • I had dermoplast...but I HATED the smell. Ugggg...I didnt use much of it, didnt need it ;)

  • I never had any of that stuff. LOL.... No spray, or ice...wow, I didn't know people used anything.

  • I didn't use anything to numb, I didn't want to overdue movement because I was unaware of my limit as I healed. Ice packs were soothing the first couple of days.
