My 11 month old son is getting some chest congestion with a little bit of a stuffy/runny nose. No fever doctor said he was fine just keep and eye and he has a Rx decongestant medicine. I know that he needs it to break up and get it flushed out, I just want to do everything I can to help him flush it out before he actually gets sick. Does anyone know any extra home remedies besides (baby vicks, cool mist humidifier, saline, steam bathroom)
I was thinking of using a vibrating back massage on his back to help loosen it up, is that a good idea? Just want to make sure I don't do more harm than good
