What do you cook on your "Easy" dinner nights?

You know, those night where you just don't have the time or energy to put into a home cooked meal. For me i'll do Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, or classic hamburger helper lol What do your easy nights consist of? Just trying to get more ideas because here lately it's been happening quite often!
